New major version.

Not sure if odd major versions are development versions or not. If so the latest even version is 16.0.2 which is current in the book.

Note: I see Arch is using 17.0.1

For this package, stable versions are also odd numbers. The reason behind that is that it tracks the current major version of the Unicode standard, which is now 17 :)
