libheif FTBFS if the SVT-AV1 encoder is enabled with SVT-AV1-4.x

When I build libheif, I normally enable the optional dependencies when it's practical to do so. I had SVT-AV1 installed already because of libavif, so I enabled it for libheif.

I get the following build failure:

​https://github.com/strukturag/libheif/pull/1680 fixes the build failure for me, and the tests all pass with two skips like normal.
