There seem no longer tarballs for separated projects, only a llvm-project-20.1.0.src.tar.xz monolithic tarball. We need to chdir into the llvm directory and add -D LLVM_ENABLE_RUNTIMES=compiler-rt -D LLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS=clang to avoid building many projects not needed by BLFS.

The good thing is we no longer need to download 5 tarballs (and host 2 of them on anduin) in this way.

rustc needs a patch to resolve some test failures: ​https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/commit/bf3ac98d6930ba4e258cf33240c2fe7c99d19eae.patch (though it seems we are not compiling rust to AMDGPU shader so maybe we can simply document the failures instead).
