Description
New minor version.
In the book, we have 3.0.6, but before 3.2 is 3.0.8.
3.0.8 released on January 24th of this year. 3.2 released on the 14th of this month.

This is also going to need an update to mypaint-brushes-2 which was closed as fixed 3 years ago but reverted at some time. It shouldn't be an issue since gimp is the only package that uses it.

After doing some searching, I found out that we had a patch for Gimp in the book that already fixed the security fixes. So we won't need need to file any SAs. I didn't know we had that patch, so that's my bad. Those fixes are in 3.2, so Joe (thank you) commented out the patch.
This is also a security update, as was 3.0.8 that we missed out on. I'll give the security details soon.
