Since the OpenRC branch uses dhcpcd, I may be doing this ticket. I'll see in a bit. 10.3.0 has a notable issue of being unable to renew leases, that may have got fixed in 10.3.1. So this may be a slightly important fix beyond potential security fixes which needs a review to see if that's the case.
