New minor version. There seems no even-odd release scheme but I guess currency is assuming one?

​https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/localsearch/-/merge_requests/642 has switched 3 tracker miners to use libzip instead of libgsf. As the book does not have libzip, the miners are no longer built with 3.11.x. We need to remove the old manifests of the 3 miners (/usr/share/localsearch3/extract-rules/{10-epub.rule,10-oasis.rule,11-msoffice-xml.rule}) when upgrade or they'll trigger error messages in the system journal like 

/usr/lib/localsearch-3.0/extract-modules/libextract-epub.so: undefined symbol: tracker_gsf_parse_xml_in_zip
/usr/lib/localsearch-3.0/extract-modules/libextract-oasis.so: undefined symbol: tracker_gsf_parse_xml_in_zip
/usr/lib/localsearch-3.0/extract-modules/libextract-msoffice-xml.so: undefined symbol: tracker_gsf_parse_xml_in_zip
