Code fixes

* Fix SF bugs #194, #195, #196, #197: these were in the gif_fiont.c
  code, which is a historical relic not affecting general library clients.

* Fix SF bug #193, double free on malicious GIF when built with reallocarray.

Fixed at 664a6a0fab.
