Description ¶
Now that we have another POSIX shell in the book, dash, I think we should remove ash. It's long since unmaintained, we're downloading it from a random slackware mirror, and we're applying an enormous patch to it. Plus, dash derives from ash, so we wouldn't really be losing anything.

Agreed that Dash is a total replacement for Ash.
Removed Ash from the book (commented out, but left the XML).
