Seemed to be straight-forward following the same stuff as Firefox-2.0.

Only thing I noticed is that I didn't get the movemail or rss accounts to work. Not sure why. Last time this happened, I built a "distribution" and installed from there and things are ever-so-slightly different.

Fixed this a while back in r6770. The movemail and rss issue is because the location for the isp directory changed. It's now at /usr/lib/thunderbird-$version/isp. I think I fixed that in r6772. Seems to work for me.
