Track the packages requiring the gnulib hack for glibc-2.44

We are putting a big hammer to work around the compatibility issue with gnulib and glibc-2.44 into /usr/share/config.site:

ac_cv_func_posix_spawn_file_actions_addchdir=yes
ac_cv_func_posix_spawn_file_actions_addfchdir=yes

While this is supposed to work around the issue globally, we should record the list of packages really requiring this workaround so when gnulib is updated and synced downstream we will be able to remove the workaround or limit it to only a few remaining affected packages.

Basically all packages using the posix_spawn_file_actions_{f,}addchdir module from gnulib is affected (until one gets updated with a fixed gnulib copy). They can be identified via:

grep -E 'for posix_spawn_file_actions_(f?)addchdir' $(find -name config.log)

Let's track the list of the affected packages here.

I'm inclined to close this as invalid as the gnulib developers provided a list of affected packages and it seems containing no BLFS packages.
