New patch (minor?) version.

nss-3.126 test suite hangs for me. I found 3.126.1 is already released but its test suite hangs as well.

3.127 is not released yet but already available in the firefox (mozilla-central) repository. I extracted it from the firefox repo and its test suite works fine.

Thus IMO it would be better if we can update to 3.127 before the 13.2 release.

I've already got 3.126 ready to tag. Just moving to milestone 13.2.

I agree that we should stick with 3.126 for 13.1, then post release, update to 3.127.
