xpr takes as input a window dump file produced by xwd
and formats it for output on various types of printers.

This release adds support for -help, --help, -version, and --version options.

It also adds support for building with meson as well as autoconf.
Please test building with meson and report any issues you hit to:
  https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xorg/app/xpr/-/issues
as we plan on removing the autoconf build support in a future release.
