libclc has been refactored into something... difficult to build and use. See the discussions at ​https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/43020.

And when I recheck mesa again it seems libclc is not used at all for the BLFS configuration: it's only needed on Windows, or when rusticl is enabled.

I'm inclined to just archive it.

​https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/commit/019669c465ab2aee294af7047f354943c5b901ee has removed the (actually unused) dependency on libclc for iris, and it's already backported to 26.1.7.

I'm removing the dependency now and defer the actual archiving after BLFS 13.1 release.

Firefox and Thunderbird need a fix for their internal harfbuzz build:
