   file formats (AIFF, APE, DSDIFF, FLAC, MP3, MP4, MPC, Matroska, Ogg, SHN,
   WMA, XM).
 * Fix data races in lazily initialized shared caches, test thread safety.
 * Use `Requires.private` for zlib with `pkg-config`.
