Description
New minor version.
Two adds to the API, One change to the encoded header. It MAY be painless.

This had to be fixed and that I was tried to do in r7142.
For the record: I didn't try to build the xmms plugin (by the way there is a new xmms version, which still uses the gtk1 toolkit? - I am not sure since I can't access the site right now).
I also didn't attempted to run the --enable-exhaustive-tests, so I can't be sure about "it will take a very long time (up to 300 SBUs) and use about 375 MB of disk space" sentence in the page. The sbu was climbed to 8 when I run the tests, so there is a big difference with the 1.1.4 version and also a 70 Mb of difference in the build size. Tested with gcc-4.1.2 and with gcc-4.2.2.
