You can now define the database location with a configure switch, so we don't really have to do the sed thing any more. I've created two patches, one to update the docs to change the hard-coded /var/heimdal and another to rename the conflicting library, header and mk_cmds command.

Updated BLFS to Heimdal-1.1
Removed the Heimdal-Cracklib patches from both packages as Heimdal uses Cracklib in a different way
Added a patch to rename the files which used to conflict with the E2fsprogs package

Updated to Heimdal-0.8.1 as this version has been thoroughly tested. After installation and testing of 1.0.1, the book will be updated again.
