I suppose we need to decide what to do. I'm indifferent on this.
We'll leave the ticket open for DJ's input. I believe he mentioned that he has some clean up in Xorg dependencies and this should be addressed with the others. I notice that there is some stuff in the Xorg section that should be moved as they/it is not required. I'm referencing the xcb-util package which doesn't seem to be required by any other package (same as MesaLib, best I can tell).

Summary: | Move xkeyboard-config out of X Window System chapter → Move items not part of the xorg release to X-Libs. |
I'm assigning this ticket to myself, however, the original request is not worth changing. There are items that need to be moved out of the xorg section.
I think it should stay where it is. Moving it would make the flow non-linear and nothing other than the X server uses it. Just because it is released separately, doesn't mean that we need to jump out to the X Libraries and back.
Let's just mark this ticker invalid and move on.
