http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/postlfs/reiserfs.html contains a link to http://ftp.namesys.com/pub/reiserfsprogs/reiserfsprogs-3.6.20.tar.gz, but the site is down (there is even no DNS entry for it) and the future is not known. Please point the download links to a mirror.

Changed download location to anduin, but added comment to xml to look for the next version at kernel.org.
