Description ¶
Version upgrade.
This version is the minimum for various gnome-2.24 packages, at least if intltool is installed (and it needs to be for xkeyboard-config in xorg-7.4).

Replying to willimm:
There is a 0.40.5 now. I want to use that instead of 0.40.4.
Too late for this ticket, I'm just waiting to make sure there are no issues with the commit before I close it. You are welcome to use 0.40.5 in your own builds, and I will be very surprised if there are any problems with the upgrade, but I have to go with what I've tested.
Please raise a new ticket, indicating what has changed (from the changelog or news) so that editors can form a view on how urgent (or not) it is. Thanks.

Please do not raise a new ticket specific to intltool-0.40.5. Gnome 2.24.2 was released only yesterday. I am going through all of the new packages now, and opening a gnome-2.24.2 bug. intltool is covered under the gnome bug as it is part of the platform. Any new bugs for individual packges covered on gnome release will be closed as duplicate. Ken, this note is intended specifically for William so that Trac is not overrun with 60 unnecessary tickets. Please continue to update what you can as minor version updates will likely be only updates of md5, time, and version.
