Version upgrade. Also an upgrade for gimp-help-2.4.2 - there is no 2.6-specific help released yet.
This is now really nice for photo editing, e.g. a lens distortion filter (the non-artistic can use this to correct barrel or pincushion distortion), and the control for the perspective transform has been changed, and it now shows the aspect ratio when you are cropping an image, which is pretty essential if the image isn't the same ratio as your photo paper.
Reguires gegl (and therefore babl) which is one o the features of this series ( although you have to enable this in the colours/colors menu every time you start it (otherwise it will use the old 8-bit routines).
