New package: Texlive 2008

To replace the obselete tetex package, we need to to use Texlive.

Some things:

• There are 4 tarballs, src, texmf, bin, and extra. They are all compressed with LZMA, so, for that, LZMA needs to be in the book.
• There is a shell script that takes care of configure and make for you: Build.
• It comes with it's own versions of things, like texinfo, lzma, etc... We need to disable these for a cleaner build.
• xindy needs Clisp and libffcall, two things not in the book.
• Fontconfig needs to be there for xtetex.
• X11 is needed for a few utils.
