Perl modules need updates

All of the Perl molules listed here need updates, and mabe you can remove some like Compress::Raw::Zlib.

Can I make a suggestion. Can we create a new chapter for the Perl modules and have individual pages for each Perl module. That way it can be maintained easier and the format would be more consistent with the rest of the book.

That would make a lot of additional pages with virtually identical information on each page. We do about the same thing with the python modules too.

I see advantages and disadvantages for both ways. How would the maintenance be easier?
