Package type: command-line FTP client
Rationale for inclusion: The book already includes a command-line FTP client, NCFTP. However, it is deficient in some ways:
- NCFTP doesn't use readline and thus doesn't react correctly to line-editing keys like Home and End (Ctrl+A and Ctrl+E do work, though). lftp uses Readline and thus doesn't have this problem.
- NCFTP doesn't support RFC2640 and thus doesn't allow for standards-compliant transfer of files with names containing non-ASCII characters. Moreover, the book doesn't contain such command-line FTP client at all. lftp fills this hole and is already mentioned on the "Locale Related Issues" page.

Ticket too old and FTP isn't used that much these days plus there is one ftp client already. If anyone feels this should be added in the book, just reopen this bug.

I'm accepting this ticket but will not promise that it will make the 6.4 book. If it doesn't, we can add something to wiki.
I'm backgrounding this as an FTP client is installed in LFS, so there is at least one client already.
If anyone else wants to jump in and add the package, feel free to take the ticket and run with it.
