Description
The libcap-1* branch is no longer under maintenance, so we need to update the references to the libcap-2* branch. Announcements are taking place at:
http://sites.google.com/site/fullycapable/
Repository is hosted at:
http://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/libs/security/linux-privs/libcap2/
Grep'ping through the sources, I found the following entries.
general/genutils/pinentry.xml postlfs/security/heimdal.xml and in the zsh page.
I regularly build zsh against the libcap-2* (since libcap-2.09, now is in 2.16) so I can update the reference to the google site.

Modified all the references to the libcap dependency to the kernel.org repository.
