Description
Reading through debian bug reports, gnupg is not required to be installed as setuid root, since the release of linux kernel-2.6.9.
Maybe this needs to be included in errata.

The command is already commented out in gnupg-2* page, and as of r7735 also in gnupg-1.4.9.
Comments can be removed in next updates or so.
