Version increment to 3.12
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/security/nss/releases/
There's been talk on the lists of separating these packages, though I'm not sure that really benefits us. The community should probably revisit this and determine which direction we should go.
The stand-alone version of NSPR is 4.7.3. The NSPR project page is here: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/nspr/

This package version requires NSPR-4.7.4
It appears that the only way to go with this is to separate the packages as was recommended by Ken and DJ. I'll reflect the title of this ticket and create a new ticket for the NSPR package.
