Version incements to the D-Bus Bindings

Also need to ensure our rolled up Qt tarball works with the new D-Bus

Summary: Need to check the Qt D-BUS Bindings against the new D-BUS version → D-Bus Bindings Updates

The newest D-Bus-Glib bindings are not compatible with the version of GLib we have in the book (2.24.x). The latest version we can use is 0.88.

Updated bindings: GLib-0.88 Python-0.83.2 EggDBus-0.6

Can't check qt3 bindings. Not sure if there is any use for them any longer.
