I was about to close this, since I had forgotten. The usual convention is that problems need to be documented somewhere, preferably in the bug, or else on the lists. You make it sound as if "the dep problem with gnome-doc-utils" is recorded somewhere. A few of your contributions have been useful, despite the general noise and shouting, so on this occasion I will ask you: what are you talking about ?

I tried to build GTK-doc with all the deps listed in the book, and configure errored out. See #2828 for more info.
