Version increment to 1.73.2

There's a 1.74.0 version, but if IRC the .0 versions are development and not production.
Where's Manuel?

Changing this to the 6.4 release as LFS and BLFS both use SVN snapshots of the XSL Stylesheets, so it really doesn't matter what version BLFS has in the book.

Version increment to 1.75.2

I can take care of updating to 1.75.2 if you would like. I've just upgraded to it and I've had no problems generating the book.

As is mentioned earlier in this ticket, the version of the stylesheets in the book has no bearing on rendering. Some time ago Manual put a snapshot of a particular version of the stylesheets in the actual book, and uses it for rendering.
So regardless what you have installed on your machine doesn't affect rendering one bit.
Go ahead and update the package.

Look man, both LFS 6.4 and BLFS trunk use 1.73.2 XSL stylesheets, so this applies to 6.4.
