firefox-3.6 and Xulrunner-1.9.2

Let's have a ticket for an up-to-date version of this, in case anyone thinks what's in the book is good enough (no real urgency on this, people should be able to read what's in the book and check for a newer release, although it might be nice to record that a newer version of sqlite (>=3.6.7) is needed if not using the supplied version).

Continue to use the firefox tarball to provide xulrunner - it has moved on to the 1.9.1-series. Persuading 3.5 to use nss and nspr from the shipped xulrunner looks to be a lot more work than for 3.0, I haven't managed it yet. Meanwhile, the existing instructions continue to apply for 3.0.12.

I ran into the same problem. After toying with it a bit, when attempting to use system installed xulrunner, nss, and nspr, I noticed that that it is also trying to build the installer, even though the installer is explicitly disabled. TB3 is on the way too, so hopefully soon, the whole mozilla stack can share the same xulrunner.
