I think we were pretty lazy here when watching the usbutils releases...

Anyway, new version. This version has lots of changes, see the NEWS file for more info.

Summary: usbutils 0.82 → usbutils 0.84

Now 0.84. Installs using standard configure, make, make install. It installs update-usbids.sh by default, so the 'install' command at the end of the current instructions can be removed. DEST is also set correctly, so the sed at the start of the current instructions can also be removed.
