HAL configure script enables PolicyKit by default. Consider either adding --disable-policy-kit switch to configure command, or listing PolicyKit in recommended depencies. Also, as PolicyKit is in BLFS for some time, please change external link in HAL dependecies to internal.

Added --enable-policy_kit=no to configure, with a note.

The URL has been changed to an internal URL.
