Firefox-3.6.8 and Xulrunner-1.9.2.8

With the move to ff-3.6, the following are out of date

"for the moment, probably only gnome-2.24 or later versions will recognize xulrunner"

and

"it should be straightforward to upgrade within the same series (3.5)"

change to

gnome-2.28 ... this version of xulrunner

and

The link above is a bad link. It leads to a binary version. My bad. 3.6.3 was released April 1, but as of April 2, 7:00am CDT, there is no source code posted.

Since I'm dealing with libpng, and the apng fork, I'd better handle this too.

I've stopped _using_ xulrunner (and firefox itself!), but I suspect the reference to gnome-2.28 for 3.6 is likely to be correct.

Actually, I was a bit confused there as to libnotify's function. Libnotify is a new optional dep, however, --enable-startup-notification switch is still present, or at least was still there, I just missed it. I had forgotten about that comment.

Also worth remarking that system-lcms is no longer an option, the included code is now "from lcms" with changes.
