MesaLib-7.6 r200 driver fails to compile

I built MesaLib-7.6, using the required dependencies but none of the optional dependencies, during a build of XOrg-7.5. The r200 driver produced a compile error and wouldn't build. I wasn't able to diagnose the error further, but removing the r200, r300, r600, and radeon dri drivers from the Makefile and continuing worked, as I'm not using a Radeon graphics card.

You're going to need to provide more specifics. Mesa 7.6 built fine for me, including all the Radeon drivers (I don't use Radeon either, but I also didn't get any compile errors).

For me, 7.6 on the r200 built fine (but regularly locked up the box in glx operations). That was fixed by one of the 7.7-series releases. In the absence of any info about why this didn't compile, I'm closing this because we're now using 7.8.2 (and again, that builds and works for me on an r200).
