We've been overdue an update for some time (CVE-2012-1610 - applies to 6.7.6-3 and earlier : original fix in 6.7.6-2 was wrong). Unfortunately, 6.7.8-4 has been removed from the mirrors. Current is 6.7.8-6. From the ChangeLog:

Mostly done in r10468 - the testsuite is in colour, would be nice to get that into a form that won't mess up logs - I'll come back to that after some more urgent updates.

In fact, the Makefile uses some autofoo to decide if it should use colours in the test results - logs aren't coloured. Issues with installed directories, and tweaking of perl version, in r10471.
