Could not parse DTD http://scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net/dtds/scrollkeeper-omf-1.0/scrollkeeper-omf.dtd

I don't think it's worth the effort. I'll just mark test suite as not working.

Gentoo's solution is to copy scrollkeeper-omf.dtd into /usr/share/xml/scrollkeeper/dtds and then running xmlcatalog a couple of times (public and system).
