Description
Looks like they are no longer mirroring the Gimp FTP site. This version is available from their old site at http://old-www.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/v2.8/gimp-2.8.0.tar.bz2 . I suspect that this will not be updated with newer
