Description
In gnome-shell-3.6.0, --with-ca-certificates is an unrecognized option. (configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-ca-certificates)
This can go away.
BTW I've also seen this in epiphany, so that option may not be known to the whole GNOME stack anymore.

I didn't notice that switch in Epiphany, only GNOME Shell, GLib Networking and librest.
I removed it from GNOME Shell. Fixed in r10713
