GTK 3 tries to overwrite update-icon-cache manpage

Description ¶
The --enable-gtk2-dependency configure switch does not prevent gtk3 from trying to install a gtk-update-icon-cache manpage. My solution would be just to remove the reference to the manpage from the Makefile. Does this sound good?

I did a diff of the old and new man pages and don't think it's worth changing the book. The only visible differences are highlighting/capitalization.
