Description
In the GTK-Doc instructions there is an entry in the "Commmand Explanations" for a sed command that doesn't exit.

Regarding the tests, they don't work when there is no internet connection. It fetches the DTDs from the net.

That still doesn't mean there are no "working tests". This is 2013, everyone has an internet connection. How could you download the source code if you do not have internet?

I think it was Wayne who reported the issue.
You can, for example, build packages in a VM where internet connection is not available because of missing support packages (dhcp and such), or on a basic system that requires advanced network software like ppp, vpn, wireless + wpa and such.
You can use your host system to download packages though.
We can add a note that connection is required if necesary.
The instructions say the package has no working testsuite. This is incorrect. "make check" shows all the tests pass.
