if at-spi2-core is compiled with gobject-introspection (didn't test at-spi2-core without gobject-introspection), otherwise build fails with: Couldn't find include 'GdkPixbuf-2.0.gir'

All the pages list that g-i is required if building GNOME. It's not our fault if g-i is built later. I might change g-i to optional for at-spi2-core to avoid confusion with recommended dependencies since we mostly treat them as required (not strictly, but more or less required).
