There is no need to create the /etc/slrn directory just for one configuration file, IMHO. Added a note about slrn.rc sample and further documentation.

Need to add --sysconfdir=/etc/slrn install -d /etc/slrn cp /usr/share/doc/slrn/slrn.rc /etc/slrn/
Current installation would require config file to be in /usr/etc. Installation of slrn.rc not absolutely required as it is available after the install and documented on the web site.
