Okular can use this package for ebook support. Okular has it as an external dep, listed as libepub, but links to the URL in the ticket description.

I'm just looking at which tickets are open, and noticed this. I have not built kde in a long time (might build it for 7.6, but probably not if somebody else has already tagged it). So, a couple of questions: is this still valid for whichever version of kde is going to be in 7.6 ? (I find kde dependency-tracking, as with other cmake apps, mostly impenetrable). If it is still valid, could we not add it as optional, with an external link, and a note something like "required for epbub support, uses cmake" ?
