Description
- /etc/libpaper.d should get an explanation for why it's made.
- /uetc/papersize should be /etc/papersize
- The part about /etc/papersize itself should be moved into a "Configuring libpaper" section, since this is essentially a user-configurable part of the package.

Muggins here changed his papersize with paperconfig and got
paperconfig -p letter : run-parts: command not found
Reopening, taking to -dev.

I'm unsure how I got /uetc but I suppose I miskeyed 'i' when vim was already in insert mode. My typing is definitely getting worse :-( Thanks for noticing this.
