Incorrect dependency on yelp-xsl

Description

Many packages in GNOME section depend on yelp-xsl.

However, in my last build I forgot to build it before building many packages and noticed that nothing needed it but the yelp package itself.

I suppose the dependency should be replaced with "itstool", since that one is required more or less.

Fixed when working on ticket #5554 and at r14463.

Apparently only yelp remained.
