Documentation locations

It looks like we missed setting the proper documentation location in several packages. In /usr/share/doc, we have:

NetworkManager  -fixed at rev 14442
OpenSP          -fixed at rev 14442
aspell.html     -invalid
aspell-dev.html -invalid
joe             -fixed at rev 14426
libunistring    -fixed at rev 14429
libzeitgeist    -fixed at rev 14429
mysql (mariadb) -fixed at rev 14451
openobex        -fixed at rev 14449
tripwire        -fixed at rev 14427
wicd            -fixed at rev 14450
xapian-core     -fixed at rev 14450
xfsprogs        -fixed at rev 14450
midori          -fixed at rev 14452
ImageMagick-6   -fixed at rev 14452

These should be in versioned directories. ImageMagick should be 6.8.9-7 or possibly just 6.8.9.

You shouldn't change Amarok documentation location. It's installed in a path defined by KDE and is required to be fixed path so KDE's Documentation Viewer (analog of Yelp) can properly find it when you access something like "About -> Help" in the GUI app. Nonetheless, Amarok is installed in KDE_PREFIX by default so you don't need to worry about it.

Checking my logs, it looks like I made a false start with Amarok. The HTML directory timestamp corresponds to that. I'll just remove it from my directory and above.
