Try looking at the pppoe.txt hint for more help. Some of the guys on #lfs also know quite a bit about it IIRC.

inital commit. Still needs clean-up with build space and config files. I won't have an adsl connection availible till the weekend. Also need to discuss on blfs-dev wether or not people are using a startup script for it.

Final final is the same as Final patch for this bug. I assume this means the patch that is Final final is still not attached. If I am missing the obvious, you know where I live.

Get rid of note about ppp-2.4.1 patch and add note that RP-PPPoE is not needed for kernel-mode PPPoE as soon as ppp-2.4.2 is added.
