Description

The emacs instructions include a "chown ..." command after installation. This is no longer necessary.

It's needed for the group. I get: 

changed ownership of '/usr/share/emacs/24.4/<*>' from root:bdubbs to root:root

We could change that to chgrp, but what we have is OK.

I will note that the book has a build time of 1.4 SBU, but I got SBU=4.895.
