Description (last modified by )
Bugs (some with "traditional" TeX markup) were found in the TL2015-pretest binary version of 2.0.
http://tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2015-April/036708.html, http://tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2015-May/036716.html and repeated after 2.1 was tagged as http://tug.org/pipermail/tex-live/2015-May/036749.html.
Current head is e8bfa7222e2b60a12827b30c8a0dfc5321a7795e which includes a commit to fix that and add it to the testsuite, and given what happened in 1.9 I don't really expect a new tag. I've run git-archive on that, calling it 2.1a.

Replying to bdubbs@…:
Ken, I just finished updating the currency scripts, but biblatex-biber is on anduin. IS there a way to find the latest upstream version other than mailing lists?
Not that I know of. Even the mailing list only indicated that there was a problem, then the thread stopped. I cloned again, and saw that the HEAD commit looked relevant.
For this particular package, upstream suggests using binaries. I'm still reviewing my logging changes in my buildscripts, but by the time I get to building this on a clean system I'll try to remember to check in case anything new and relevant has appeared.
