some short descriptions added.

I have now a bash script to check the short descriptions missed (Installed programs listed only). Actually, 660 short descriptions are missing ( ~ 200 only for the new KF5/plasma5 section) ;o)

  • Update to wireshark-1.12.7.
  • Update to mpg123-1.22.4.
  • more short descriptions. Thank you, Denis.
  • sddm-0.11.0: reformat.
